Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed meeting, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, payment will not be refunded or exchanged for another meeting. This may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of This is Mediation.
